We'll call you within 15 minutes during business hours to set a time that works for you, and you get the slot in writing.

The inspection.
One of us spends about an hour on the outside of your home: siding, rainscreen and ventilation, flashings, seals, trim, drainage, moisture red flags. We photograph everything we find and explain it in plain language on the spot.

Your report, your mockup, your number.
Within 48 hours you get the photo report, a picture of your home in the siding and colour you're considering, and an itemized fixed-price quote. All three are yours to keep, whether you hire us or not.
The twelve things we check

- 02Rainscreen and ventilation gap, or its absence, common on older BC homes
- 03Moisture red flags — staining, swelling, soft spots, mould at the base

Why is it free?
Because it's the only honest way to give you a real price. A contractor who quotes from the sidewalk has to guess what's behind your walls, and you pay for the guess either way. An hour of looking properly is how we can put one number on paper and stand behind it.
Do I need to be home?
The inspection happens outside, so no. But if you can give us fifteen minutes at the end, we'll walk you through what we found while it's in front of us.
Is there any obligation?
None. The report, the mockup and the quote are yours to keep.
